Needs of students should be taken into consideration requiring the teachers to be more aware and sensitive. For this, there is a need for having workshops for teachers at the institutes so that children can cope with the academic pressure as well as the world complexity.

We adopt a systematic approach towards training programs so that desired outputs may be achieved. We are changing the mindsets of people as the NGO empanel consultant constantly on strengthening skill & the capacity building unit at national level. One’s Practical skills can be sharpened via training sessions and programs held at “APAR”. We regulate the training programs to make the positive changes!
